Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, basic profile information from Google. We use this to provide and manage your account.

Product Information

You provide information about your product or service, including name, description, keywords, and target subreddits. This is used to find relevant Reddit conversations.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including opportunities viewed, replies generated, and feature usage. This helps us improve the Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store your credit card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Polar.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the Service
Find relevant Reddit conversations for your product
Send you daily digest emails (if subscribed)
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Respond to support requests
Improve and develop new features
Send important service updates

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service Providers: Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email), Polar (payments)
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data from Reddit

We access publicly available Reddit posts through Reddit's public JSON API. We do not collect private messages, non-public content, or user credentials. All Reddit data we process is already publicly visible on Reddit.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Opportunity data (Reddit posts we've found) is retained for 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. Our service providers (Supabase, OpenAI, etc.) operate globally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
