By accessing or using Wayfind ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wayfind is a software service that helps users discover relevant conversations on Reddit where their product or service may be useful. The Service scans public Reddit posts and uses AI to score relevance, providing suggested engagement opportunities.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or mislead Reddit users
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
- Use automated tools to post responses generated by the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract data from the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
5. Reddit Compliance
You are solely responsible for your interactions on Reddit. Wayfind provides suggestions and opportunities, but you must ensure your Reddit activity complies with Reddit's rules. We are not affiliated with Reddit, Inc.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion. One-time purchases (lifetime access, day passes) are non-refundable after use.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Wayfind. You retain ownership of any content you provide (product descriptions, keywords, etc.). You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific results. AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayfind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
